SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT HOME, WHETHER TO RENT OR BUY CAN BE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FOR MANY IF NOT ALL
We, my roomate and I found a house we wanted to look at and sent an email to the covering agent. I hadn't heard back from him in almost a week. I decided to call the agency and they gave me Anne's number. I called her immediately hoping it wasn't too late as it was after 6pm on a Friday. She was very courteous and friendly. I really appreciated her kindness. She squeezed me in the next day. Saturday and before noon. We walked through the house for almost an hour. I loved the house the moment I walked through the door. When we left, we went straight to the agency to do the paperwork for the house and get started on the deposit and move-in dates, etc. Once we were ready to move in, Anne came and did the walk through with us. Talk about a woman who is VERY thorough? My goodness, Anne's phenomenal. She saw things I didn't and I saw things she didn't. We made a killer team on walk through day. Anne is wonderful. She is kind, pleasant and an overall JOY to work with....and her Ad-ee dog is just the most beautiful and friendly pooch. Thank you both for being there when I was in need. MILITARY RELOCATION EXPERIENCE
I was stationed in Germany with USAF. I received my orders to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. With access to the internet, I searched for an agent.
